ERP Auto – Car Spare Parts ERP System

A fully offline desktop ERP system built for a car spare parts business in Algeria (Group Mecanique Saad Geuttouche). It manages the complete business lifecycle including multi-warehouse inventory, sales and purchase invoicing with PDF generation, customer/supplier credit tracking, a full cash register with ledger, employee management (salaries, advances, task payments), car repair workshop orders, expense tracking, Islamic zakat calculation, and comprehensive reporting. The UI is fully in Arabic with a dark/light theme and runs as a standalone Windows executable locked to a specific machine via MAC address. Architected as a three-layer system (SQLAlchemy models, Python service layer, PySide6 Qt UI) with SQLite persistence and an append-only audit log.
